2. Our own cookies

This website does not use its own analytics or advertising cookies. No cookie of ours is set when you browse the site or book a table.

Only the internal management panel, used by the Defecto team, uses a technical session cookie (defecto_admin) to keep staff signed in. It is strictly necessary and is never set for visitors.

Fora Wine (digital wine list): Fora Wine. More on their website.

We do not control these cookies; they are governed by each provider’s policies.
