Defecto is appreciating different wines, having great coffee and enjoying the neighborhood people.
It's meeting new people, enjoying a cozy space, feeling safe. Defecto is everything we're going to start building together, with love.
We're two friends from different parts of the world united by the same passion. We like the divergent, the different, what goes beyond established norms.
We created this project to bring you products we connect with. Different, locally-sourced products for anyone who wants to enjoy, feel and savor them.

Gostosa Wines is our own natural wine project. Small exclusive productions made with grapes from small producers, with no additives or filtration, respecting the terroir and tradition.

During the afternoon, we'll explore the energy this new cycle brings according to Chinese metaphysics: the year of the fire horse (Bing Wu). In a simple and close way, we'll talk about what trends this year brings, how it can influence our decisions and attitudes, and what tools we can use to harness its energy.
